Improved UX for Payments Platform

Delivered many UX improvements in collaboration with Lead UX Designer and Product Owner in response to customer input. Added new UI functionality and radically improved user flows from scratch, such as a much-improved experience for the 'import payments' functionality. Helped migrate to a new React/Next.js tech stack from a legacy C#/Blazor stack. Introduced highly professional open graph 'preview' images, delivered via a microservice, for sharing payments links in chat and social media apps for a more professional and trusted perception. Introduced a new customer-facing status page to alert users to issues to improve customer communication.
